As we enter a new phase of growth, we are looking for a Project Planner to continue on this journey with us.

Your role

As Project Planner, you will be responsible for coordinating and planning product development and qualification projects within the Technical department at Skytree. Your primary objective will be to ensure that projects are completed efficiently, on time, and within budget, while meeting the required quality standards. You will work closely with the project team, managers, and other stakeholders.

You’ll make an impact by

  • Project Planning: developing comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation in cooperation with project stakeholders.

  • Resource Management: identifying the required resources (personnel, equipment, and materials) and working with relevant departments to understand their needs and ensure their availability throughout the project.

  • Budget Management: assisting in preparing project budgets and tracking project expenses. Ensuring that projects are executed within the allocated budget and identifying cost-saving opportunities.

  • Risk Assessment: identifying potential risks and challenges that may impact project success. Developing risk mitigation plans and monitoring their implementation.

  • Progress Monitoring: regularly monitoring and reporting on project progress, providing updates to stakeholders and management. Addressing any deviations from the plan promptly and implementing corrective actions as necessary.

  • Communication: facilitating effective communication within the project team and across departments. Ensuring that all team members are well-informed about project goals, tasks, and timelines.

  • Documentation: maintaining accurate project documentation, including project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and other relevant records.

  • Stakeholder Engagement: fostering positive relationships with project stakeholders, addressing their concerns, and keeping them informed about project progress.

  • Continuous Improvement: proactively identifying opportunities to enhance project planning processes and project delivery method.

What we’re looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Project Management, Engineering, or related discipline).

  • You have 3-5 years proven experience as a project planner, coordinator, or project management role within a technical department or related field.

  • Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools.

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities, able to work collaboratively with diverse teams.

  • Proficiency in industry project management software and ability to use Google Suite (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Google Sheets, Docs, Slides etc. ).

  • Working proficiency in English required.

  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with remote, international teams.

  • Experience in hardware product development and design is nice to have.

  • Experience in larger industrial products deployment is nice to have.

  • Familiarity with CE/UL certifications and Design for Quality (DfQ) standards is nice to have.

As mentioned, this role is based in Katowice, Poland. Skytree plans to launch a new city-center office this spring. While the exact location is currently being finalized, we can confirm it will be centrally located. More details will be shared throughout the hiring process.
