As we enter a new phase of growth, we are looking for a driven IT Support Intern to continue this journey with us.

THE ROLE

As IT Support intern, you will work closely with the Applications Manager offering first-line IT support related to computer systems, hardware, and software. This is a great learning opportunity for IT professionals beginning their career. The ideal candidate is knowledgeable on Azure based systems and G Suite, and eager to learn.

YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT BY

• Providing internal IT support to all staff members.

• Collaborating with the People team and suppliers to provide hardware and software promptly.

• Ensuring the protection and accountability of IT assets.

• Providing regular updates on IT support activities and projects.

• Assisting the IT and Applications Manager in achieving ISO 27001 certification by implementing and maintaining security controls and policies.

• Building documentation and training guides to share knowledge.

• Staying up-to-date with the latest IT technologies and maintaining security awareness.

• Contributing to the Group IT Project Roadmap.
  
  

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Bachelors in Computer engineering, Networking, IT or any related course

• Experience with Client/Server technologies.

• Working knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure, including Azure, Windows, Google, and Office 365.

• Skilled in supporting remote users, VPN setup, and technical problem-solving.

• Familiarity with IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) practices and Basic understanding of cybersecurity

• Experience supporting Windows and macOS devices.

• Familiarity with Mobile Device Management for mobiles and tablets.

• Proficient in asset and inventory management.

• Active Directory management, printer troubleshooting, and installation/configuration of new systems.

• You are already based in the Netherlands, within commuting distance to Amsterdam.

* Start date- July, 2024.
* Internship duration- 3 months with possibility of extension.
* This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship, applicants must be authorized to work in the Netherlands.
