THE ROLE
You will drive the identification, development, and execution of Direct Air Capture (DAC) hub projects for large-scale deployment across North America. These projects include carbon dioxide removal, sustainable fuel production, beverage carbonation, and other applications requiring high volumes of CO₂. You will act as a key commercial leader—guiding complex projects through their lifecycle while managing multiple internal and external stakeholders, identifying strategic opportunities, and tailoring Skytree’s value proposition to the local market.
This is not a traditional sales role. You will lead consultative, value-driven conversations with various senior stakeholders, understanding their operational and regulatory context to co-develop impactful DAC solutions. The ideal candidate is both commercially sharp and strategically thoughtful, capable of building trust-based relationships while navigating technical and policy complexities.
You will also serve as Skytree’s representative in North America—actively engaging in policy discussions, participating in conferences, and championing our thought leadership in the climate tech and carbon management space.
This role requires the ability to build strong relationships, manage complex projects across multiple workstreams, and deep familiarity with North American climate policy and regulatory landscapes. Your ability to understand and leverage regional legislation and incentives will be instrumental in identifying and enabling new DAC hub opportunities.
YOU’LL MAKE IMPACT BY
Leading Project Development: Own the end-to-end development of DAC hub projects—from opportunity scoping to final investment decision to deployment —working cross-functionally with technical, strategy, and finance teams to ensure successful execution.
Driving Market Strategy: Shape and refine Skytree’s go-to-market approach in North America, aligning our value proposition with local needs, partner ecosystems, and sector-specific opportunities.
Engaging Stakeholders: Build and manage strategic relationships across site hosts, government bodies, investors, and industry partners to unlock and accelerate DAC deployment.
Leveraging Policy & Regulation: Actively monitor and utilize local, state, and federal legislation, incentives, and permitting frameworks to drive project feasibility and competitiveness.
Representing Skytree: Be the face of Skytree in North America—engaging in thought leadership, policy advocacy, and high-visibility industry events.

Proven ability to manage complex projects in dynamic, high-growth and constantly evolving environment.
Commercially sharp with a consultative approach—able to engage credibly with senior executives and public sector stakeholders.
Deep understanding of the North American regulatory landscape, with experience leveraging legislation and incentives to support market development.
Established network in relevant industries such as eSAF, oil & gas, or another relevant industry.
Comfortable operating independently, while collaborating cross-functionally with technical and commercial teams.
