Skytree is entering the next stage of growth and is currently expanding into exciting new markets. The Marketing function has set a strong foundation and is ready to scale Skytree. We are looking for a Head of Growth for this new role who is a customer champion and can easily set and execute stellar growth strategies building on Skytree’s strategic objectives.


  • Strategic Planning: building and communicating a comprehensive growth marketing strategy, heartbeat, and growth muscles to help Skytree achieve its revenue goals.

  • Customer Acquisition: Taking ownership for our customer acquisition channels - paid ads, display ads, SEO, through-partner marketing and offline marketing; build CAC, MRR, LTV.

  • Have Customers at the heart of it: Work closely with our customers to build a joint value proposition, recommendation and case studies.

  • Brand Strategy: Evolving the company’s brand identity. This includes defining the brand’s mission, vision, values, and unique selling propositions (USPs). Collaboration with the design team to ensure that all marketing materials align with the brand’s visual identity and messaging.

  • Research: Analyzing our current acquisition and retention approach, researching competitors and talking to our customers to help inform your strategy.

  • Stakeholder Management: Working with a variety of internal stakeholders across sales, finance, marketing, product, and operations to make sure plans and projects are communicated accordingly.

  • Flexible. You can manage multiple projects and are able to adjust your working hours accordingly to meet deadlines.


  • You have a degree in Marketing, Communications, Design or similar and have experience in bringing highly technical products to market with skills ideally in content production, storytelling, as well as image, video editing and marketing materials.

  • 10+ years of Marketing experience, with a focus on demand generation, growth marketing, or value proposition of highly technical products to market.

  • Significant experience driving 360-degree growth - digital, offline, and partner networks

  • Proven track record developing and executing B2B GTM and demand gen campaigns, ideally in a startup, that drive customer acquisition, engagement and retention.

  • A hands on Hubspot expert.

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with diverse teams.

  • Entrepreneurial-minded with an analytical and data-driven approach with advanced use of martech and analytics tools.

  • Results-oriented, taking ownership of content strategy end-to-end and ensuring quality and consistency of content across all channels.

  • You have strong communication skills in English, Dutch is a plus.

  • Experience working in clean or climate tech is a plus.
