THE ROLE
As Electromechanical Test Engineer you will be part of the Product, Design and Development team and your key responsibility will be to develop a mature way of testing our products. Working closely with other Engineering Teams, you play a vital role in the development, testing and improvement of our product to ensure that it meets market needs. This position comes with a high level of autonomy, problem solving and many opportunities for growth.
YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT BY
Designing and building (or being part of building) hardware experimental and test set-ups;
Owning and developing different physical test environments for our products
Test & validate against requirement specifications i.e. CO2 production per unit, unit performance and quality, in different conditions;
Influencing hardware product development regarding design for testability;
Creating test plans, test reports and professional documentation to be able to enter EU, US and Asian markets and obtain safety and other certification(s) required;
Running quality investigations (creating 8D reports);
Active role in the CO2 capture products development.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
An educational background in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or similar field;
4+ years of relevant experience focused on testing hardware / machinery (both electrical and mechanical);
You are hands-on, collaborative and have good analytical skills;
Experience working with LV power (400V AC);
Ability to design and run product test setup;
Ability to analyze and interpret data (Excel, Python);
Gas liquefaction experience is considered an advantage;
Professional communication skills in English;
The position requires occasional travel to client locations;
If you need work permit/visa sponsorship and are 30 years or older, we can unfortunately not offer this position as it will not meet the necessary salary requirement for sponsorship.
